Select collection centres are able to perform supervised
sample collection for Workplace Drug Screen analysis.
All drug screens require photo ID and will be supervised unless the requesting officer permits otherwise. A chain of custody form is filled out for all drug screen collections and you will be asked to declare any medication you have recently taken.
It is recommended the selected collection
centre be contacted prior to presenting to ascertain
the approximate waiting times. You should arrive at the collection centre approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time. If you are unable to produce a sample before closing time you will be asked to attend on another day.
