AUTHORISED DRUG COLLECTION OFFICER

Western Diagnostic Pathology has partnered with Registered Training Organisation Primary Training Institute (70248) to deliver a Nationally recognised 'Authorised Drugs of Abuse Collector' Training Course.'

• AS/NZS 4308:2008 (Urine)
• AS4760: 2006 (Oral Fluid / Saliva)
• AS3547 (Breathalyser)

A student successfully completing the course obtains a nationally recognised statement of attainment issued by Primary Training Institute.

Our training service includes:

Laboratory-based Testing - Urine
Perform on-site urine drugs of abuse collection to the requirements of the AS/NZ 4308 Standard. Samples are then forwarded to the Western Diagnostic Pathology secure, dedicated laboratory in Perth for analysis.

On-site Screening - Urine
Perform on-site urine drugs of abuse collection using an Instant Test Kit for on-site screening.

On-site Screening – Oral Fluid
Perform on-site oral fluid drugs of abuse collection using an Instant Test Kit for on-site screening.

On-site Screening – Alcohol / Breath
Perform alcohol breath testing on-site using Australian certified Breathalysers.
